Jennifer Lopez's plunging midnight blue jumpsuit is a sight to behold

Jennifer Lopez is a true fashion *icon* who never ceases to amaze us with her unique and flawless style. The 54-year-old - who recently announced her upcoming tour, This Is Me... Now: The Tour - took a break from posting content about her ninth studio album to give her latest look its own moment. Which, when you see it, you'll know that it was essential.

Lopez took to her Instagram to share six different shots of the look with her 253 million followers. She didn't even caption the post, which is a tell-tale sign that the visuals do allllll the talking.

The ensemble, which consisted of the most unreal satin midnight blue jumpsuit had multiple standout features. From the plunging V-neckline to the halter top upper half, the outfit was also completely backless, which showed off Lopez's toned physique.

Lopez paired the fit with a black leather baseball cap and an assortment of gold flashy jewellery which gave off major mob wife slash Jenny from the Block vibes. A clear reference to the star's 2002 hit from her This Is Me... Then album.

Lopez completed the look with an oversized robe in the same colour and fabric as the jumpsuit, which she let fall from her shoulders and rest on her arms.

Such a head-turning aesthetic meant that Lopez's comments section was ablaze with fans who were absolutely losing it.

"The original it girl," one person penned, while another said: "Still from the block," followed by a fire emoji.

Meanwhile, a further fan gushed: "In love with this look," as a fourth simply typed: "The baddest," accompanied by more fire signs.
