The British Prime Minister has done what Ariana Grande did. He married his fiancée Carrie Symonds in a secret ceremony at Westminster Cathedral on Saturday. A Downing Street spokesman confirmed the news, making Boris the first Prime Minister to get married while in office in nearly 200 years.

As per several reports, the cathedral was abruptly locked down at 1:30 PM London time and shortly thereafter Carrie arrived in a long white dress without a veil. There were about 30 guests at the intimate ceremony. The couple have been living together  in Downing Street since Boris became prime minister in 2019. They have a son, who was born last year in April. Johnson's last marriage was to Marina Wheeler, a lawyer. They had four children together but announced in September 2018 that they had separated.

The Downing Street spokesman also announced that the couple would celebrate again with family and friends next summer and their honeymoon also has been delayed until then.
