February is the month of all things love, and it’s time to celebrate that—even if the only romantic relationship you have in your life is with food! If you’re on the lookout for interesting culinary experiences taking place in your city this month, then this list will help you out. The four-day pop-up will feature their popular eight-course ‘UnSadya’, which is the restaurant’s take on the traditional sadya, and features both non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes (as opposed to an authentic sadya that only has vegetarian dishes on the banana leaf).

The à la carte menu includes dishes like koraishutir kochuri (fresh green peas stuffed into puri) served with hasher dimer kosha (spicy duck egg curry) and tomato chutney, while the dessert section features the beloved pati sapta with nolen gur, which is a rice flour pancake filled with palm jaggery, a fleeting winter delicacy.
