It's a Girl! Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner Welcome Baby No. 2

Congratulations are in order for Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, who have welcomed a beautiful baby girl into their lives. "Joe and Sophie are happy to announce the arrival of their baby girl," the couple's official reps exclusively confirmed to PEOPLE. It was in July 2020 when they had their first child, daughter Willa, and in early May when the Games of Thrones actor confirmed that they are expecting their second baby together. 

"It's what life is about for me—raising the next generation. The greatest thing in life is seeing my daughter go from strength to strength. We're so excited to be expanding the family. It's the best blessing ever," the 26-year-old mum confessed to a leading publication. Sophie was seen cradling her bump on the 2022 Met Gala red carpet—donning an archive design by Louis Vuitton's Nicolas Ghesquière—and at an Oscars party back in March. 

In November 2020, months after their daughter was born, an insider told Us Weekly that the new parents were already trying for baby number two. "Joe and Sophie are already trying to have another baby. They are really excited to expand their family. Having the baby has made them really close, and they want to have a large family together." The in-love pair tied the knot back in May 2019 in a hush-hush Las Vegas ceremony that was followed by wedding festivities held at an 18th-century French château in the south of France.

"I love being married. I think it’s wonderful. I’m sure we’ll have our hiccups and our different things. But right now, it’s like the security and the safety are everything. Just the word husband and the word wife—it just solidifies the relationship," Turner confessed during an interview.
