The rise of Dadcore, for example, has hailed the return of the once-reviled longline denim shorts — aka, jorts — that have quickly become a summer staple of celebs including Hailey Bieber and Kendall Jenner. Then, ofc, there are the super niche TikTok aesthetics that have taken the fashion world by storm: "frazzled English woman" or "rat girl", anyone? Not to mention the tomato girl summer vibe that has absolutely *dominated* this season.

All this to say that outfit inspo can come from practically anywhere nowadays – and it takes a lot to surprise us, tbh. But still, Kim Kardashian taking style cues from Star Wars: Return of the Jedi? We'll admit we did *not* see that one coming.

It's giving Princess Leia vibes, right?!?! Naturally, Kardashian's 'kini is a liiiiiiiittle (read: a lot) skimpier than the original, and by Dolce & Gabbana. But still, the iconic vibes are all there. The only thing missing to complete the OG look is that red loin cloth — and an XXL plait...

But safe to say, Kardashian's fans weren't fussed by her less-than-faithful interpretation of the legendary look. The post itself racked up a million likes in less than three hours (!) and countless complimentary comments:
