When it comes to the LBD (AKA, the little black dress), few celebrities are bigger fans of the staple than Hailey Bieber. From her micro mini and throwback '80s iterations, to that memorable exposed thong style worn for New Year's Eve, the Rhode founder if a firm believer in the power of the humble wardrobe MVP. Now, for her latest outing, Bieber's reached for another LBD—his time a tribute to Breakfast at Tiffany's (quite a fitting choice for the occasion, might we add).
Last night, Bieber attended the grand re-opening of Tiffany & Co.'s flagship New York City store, the Landmark, wearing a sleek black dress. The sleeveless midi style, by Versace, features an arch-shaped neckline with two thick straps on either side. Unsurprisingly for such an event, jewellery was the focus of the 'fit, with Bieber wearing two layered pearl and diamond chokers teamed with matching drop earrings.
Beauty-wise, Mrs. Bieber wore her hair slicked back in an updo with a noticeable side part. Bieber even carefully selected her mani and pedi colour for the night, repping a classic Tiffany's blue to match the carpet.
The fuss-free LBD and lashings of elegant pearls around the necks? Yep, this look is definitely a 2023 riff on Audrey Hepburn's iconic Holly Golightly outfit by Hubert de Givenchy.
The only things missing from the outfit are opera gloves and a tiara.
Stylist, Karla Welch, confirmed that Bieber's dress was from Versace. Fun fact: it was the same design modelled Emily Ratajkowski at the brand's Autumn/Winter 23 runway show in Hollywood last month.
Unlike Bieber, EmRata wore a pair of black gloves with the style, along with heavy eyeshadow and a contrasting baby pink bag. Pretty cool what a difference in accessories can make, huh?
