All You Need is a Pair of Socks for This Full Body Fat Burning Workout

Sliding lunges with
This is a great exercise for the entire body, and will challenge your legs, upper body, as well as the core. This can be done as one exercise or split into two separate exercises depending on your fitness level. You can use a low box or sofa for this movement, or if you are strong enough you can also just place your hands on the floor. Stand with feet shoulder width part, tighten the core and slide the left foot back till the right knee touches the ground. Put hands on the box or floor shoulder width apart and slide your other foot back to be in high plank or pushup position, do one push up, and come to the starting position. Now do the same with the other leg. If you want to split this into two, the first is sliding lunges. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, inhale and slide your left foot back till the knee almost touches the ground and come back to the starting position while exhaling without a jerk with one clean movement and repeat on the other side.

Cossack
Sit with your feet in front of you with your hands by your sides and fingers pointing forward. Bend your knees and lift your bottom off the ground and stretch out one leg and as you bring in the other. Speed up and keep moving somewhat similar to Russian Cossack dancers.
