1. ​WTF is a 'Summer Body'? OK OK we get it, in the summer you are wearing short shorts and bikinis. But you have your body 365 days a year and guess what YOU deserve to feel fit and healthy the whole year round. So, stop making excuses or waiting for the sun to come out (which is basically never in England) and look after your body today!

2. Also you want a 'Bikini Body'? Girl you got a body, put on a bikini - oh hey there bikini body. Everybody can rock a bikini, swimsuit, unicorn onesie... whatever floats your boat. If you wear it with confidence, you will look hot.

3. Donuts are the Bomb. That's a fact, but best not to eat a whole box. Sugar is a drug and not a scary sounding one, but it is scary for your insulin levels. So, if you are indulging don't feel guilty, but make sure you're being active. I live by 'Everything in moderation'. 

4. Haters will hate. This is especially true online, where we are open to all sorts of trolling and bullying. Most of the time the nasty comments come from private accounts or faceless profiles. Never take it personally this is actually a reflection of the bullies insecurities or jealously of you.

5. Your life is real. Before scrolling through your feed and seeing all the flawless selfies and unobtainable lifestyle pics (you know the floor length rainbow coloured wig next to a pool but defo not swimming and instead taking totally candid 'Chella pics) - just remind yourself that social media is not real life. The 'gram is filtered and curated. But what is real, is you, your friends and family and making memories that last a lifetime. Never think your life isn't good enough, you only have one so enjoy every minute. 

6. Coconut oil is life. If you aren't on the bandwagon yet jump on. I mean, it's not going anywhere, but seriously you can use it for EVERYTHING. Try coconut oil instead of any cooking oil, as a hair mask, a body moisturiser, lubricant (yes gross I now but it's anti-fungal and anti-viral and totally natural) and you can even try oil pulling. Put a table spoon of this miraculous substance in your mouth and swirl around for unto 15mins. Spit out and see the colour change from the toxins that it's drawn out, remember to spit it out so you don't take back in the toxins.

7. Why retouch beauty? Sometimes it's hard when you see pictures that look so perfect. But nothing feels better than being real. I've heard of guys meeting up with girls they met online and literally cannot recognise them. Why would you want to be that girl? You are good enough as you, so delete that Facetune app and step away from that really weird filter that makes you look smoother than Craig David. 

8. Selfie 101 (because now we aren't PhotoShopping we can look our best naturally with the following tips). Find the light, ideally natural sunlight is best, but a good bathroom lighting can also be banging. Angles, angles, angles, don't be shy - whip that hair and move about a bit till you find that flattering OMG fierceness.

9. Health is not a size, and don't let anyone tell you differently. If you would have told my 15-year-old self, 'You're gonna be 4 dress sizes bigger in 10 years but healthier and happier than ever,' I would have laughed and continued to watch Friends

10. You are Perfectly Imperfect. Yes YOU, with your freckles, birthmarks, cellulite and stretch marks. You are more than your body, it does not define you. And those markings are totally unique to you, no one can ever be you. Never let you insecurities hold you back from enjoying life because it really is special when you love yourself and bring your unique gift to the world.
