Rita Ora is a woman of many talents: a powerhouse musician, presenter and actress who's as comfortable performing on stage as she is lighting up prime-time television. But while her career is truly chameleonic, her fashion is singularly iconic.
There's a number of elements that make an outfit Ora-esque. A show-stopping unexpected detail, for example, such as the simple black gown accessorised with crystal dinosaur spikes down her spine (!!) which she wore to The Fashion Awards in early December.
Then there's her affinity for off-kilter cutouts, such as the crystal-embellished hip cutout jeans she was seen wearing on Instagram. And there's her love of camp outfits which flirt with fancy dress - such as her take on Lady Gaga's iconic VMA's nun outfit or the time she dug out her old school uniform to watch Madonna perform in London.
And by now, her allegiance to the sheer trend is so well-documented that we needn't even provide any examples - we all already know it to be true.
If there's one thing to take away from Rita's dress sense, it's her ability to leave our jaws on the floor time after time - even when we believe that we no longer have the capacity to be gagged, she goes out and does it once again
Such was the case on Christmas Day when Rita debuted not one - but two! - stunning outfits.
Alongside a festive message, she posted a carousel of looks featuring a modish red mini dress with an A-line cut and an empire waist line, accessorised with some very on trend red tights, matching Mary Janes and a giant bow in her hair. The preppy looked was amped up by not one, not two but three dramatic cutouts at the bust - ensuring that the look was red hot, in every sense.
Then, to our surprise, she was back at it! Later on the same day, Rita then shared a carousel of images where she can be seen wearing another spicy red look - this time a crushed velvet mini dress featuring giant asymmetric bows at her shoulder and hip as well as a hugely unexpected cutout at her navel.
She topped the look off with a slash of red lipstick and silver eye shadow, safe in the knowledge that she's won festive fashion.
