According to TMZ Bieber spent "around half a mil" on Hailey's ring – and jewelry designer Jack Solow says it's between six to ten freakin' carats.

The couple continues their PDA, on and off social media, despite the hate they've been receiving by fans who're still moaning #Jelena.
