Despite the release of certain films being pushed due to the ongoing global pandemic and shootings having been stalled, the year 2021 is all set to launch several newbies in Bollywood. Constantly serving us with new talent, we're hopeful that these newcomers carve their niche and make their mark in the competitive film fraternity. After all, it's all about beginning with a blockbuster!
1. Isabelle Kaif
Katrina Kaif's younger sister, Isabelle Kaif hit the screens earlier this month—opposite Sooraj Pancholi—with 'Time to Dance'. She is currently working on two other projects: 'Suswagatam Khushamdeed' with Pulkit Samrat and 'Kwatha' with Aayush Sharma.
2. Palak Tiwari
Popular television actor Shweta Tiwari's daughter, Palak will be making her Bollywood debut with 'Rosie: The Saffron Chapter,' co-starring Vivek Oberoi.
3. Manushi Chhillar
Former Miss World, Manushi Chhillar announced in 2019 that she would be working alongside Akshay Kumar in Prithviraj. She will be portraying the role of Princess Sanyogita on screen.
4. Lakshya
Kick-starting his career with Dharma Productions, Lakshya will be seen in the Dostana sequel, alongside Janhvi Kapoor and Kartik Aaryan. You may be familiar with his talent through television shows such as 'Adhuri Kahani Hamari', 'Pyar Tune Kya Kiya' and 'Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil'.
5. Ahan Shetty
Ahan Shetty—son of Suniel Shetty and brother of Athiya Shetty—recently revealed the first glimpse of his upcoming film 'Tadap', with Tara Sutaria as the female lead.
6. Shalini Pandey
Shalini Pandey of Arjun Reddy fame is all set to star opposite B-town's hunk, Ranveer Singh, in YRF's 'Jayeshbhai Jordaar'.
7. Rashmika Mandanna
This regional actor is making a foray into Hindi films opposite Sidharth Malhotra,in 'Mission Majnu'.
8. Shirley Setia
Shirley swooned us with her performance in 'Maska', a Netflix original film opposite Manisha Koirala. She will now be making her big Bollywood debut in 'Nikamma', opposite Abhimanyu Dassani.
9. Sharvari Wagh
The audience has been awaiting 'Bunty Aur Babli 2', and it's almost here! The sequel to the classic will be starring Sharvari Wagh, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukherjee.
10. Pranitha Subhash
The South Indian actor will be stepping into Hindi cinema with 'Bhuj: The Pride of India', opposite Ajay Devgn. She will also be seen in 'Hungama 2' directed by Priyadarshan.
11. Krystle D'Souza
Television actor Krystle D’Souza will be sharing the silver screen with Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi, in upcoming mystery-thriller 'Chehre'.
12. Keerthy Suresh
Keerthy Suresh—who often appears in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films—will be seen alongside Ajay Devgn in 'Maidaan'.
