The Kardashian-Jenners are no strangers to the public eye, but there are some areas of their lives that they keep incredibly low-key—especially when it comes to their children. Now, Khloé Kardashian has opened up about whether she wants to have any more kids and also revealed the mental health impact of using a surrogate to welcome her second child.
Speaking about the surrogacy process on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Khloé explained that she was a bit of a "control freak", adding that she relied on the support of Kim Kardashian—who also used a surrogate for two of her children—to help her get through the experience.
"You're a stranger. I just have to trust you. I love my surrogate; she was amazing. But I'm still like, 'I need you sitting next to me all the time. What are you doing? What are you eating?'" the mum-of-two said.
"If it wasn't for Kimberly, I definitely don't think I would have been as comfortable," the reality TV star turned business mogul shared. "I wouldn't have been aware; I wouldn't have known as much."
Despite the ups and downs that came with surrogacy, the 38-year-old described the experience as "amazing" and a "blessing".
As for whether she'd use a surrogate for any future children, Khloé admitted that she has no plans to expand her family any further. "I [have] one of both, and I think I’m good—chapter’s closed," she said, referencing that she now has a son and a daughter.
