Start in an upward lifting movement from the end of one eyebrow, working your way (inward) towards the other. Once you reach the third eye, move on to the other eyebrow. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

This exercise is a great way to promote overall face tightening and jaw line definition, along with diminishing dark circles. Begin by making an 'O' with the help of your lips. Try to ensure that the size of the circle is as small as possible. Stretch your lower jaw into a long 'V' shape. Now, place your index fingers on the bone under your eyes. Look up and flap your eyes, while looking up extremely fast. Repeat this process 6 times.
