Set realistic goals
The biggest reason why we lose motivation is because we establish goals that are too ambitious. Rather than burdening yourself with a list of resolutions, establish a handful of practical and attainable intentions for the year. When you start achieving these attainable goals your motivation will surely return.
Start easy with a simple routine

Prioritise
Prioritise your goals, work on the thing that matters the most to you, and evaluate the importance of each item on your list. Assess the importance of each goal and consider the impact it has on your overall well-being, happiness, and success.

Identify specific goals and aspirations you want to achieve in different areas of your life, such as career, relationships, health, and personal development. Visualise your goals by creating a vision board with images and quotes that represent your aspirations. Place it in a visible location as a daily reminder.
Celebrate small wins and reward yourself
To keep yourself motivated, recognise your small wins and successes. This can give you the much-needed energy and motivation boost. Give yourself a small treat as a reward; it could be as little as a sweet treat or buying yourself a present.
Log your progress
Keep a log of your accomplishments. You can do this in your journal or on apps that help track your progress. Seeing how far you've come can be a powerful motivator and help you stay committed to your goals.
