But keeping in mind the current situation, we asked Ryan Fernando, celebrity nutritionist and founder QUA Nutrition to share a cooler recipe that’s not only refreshing and delicious but will also strengthen your immunity naturally.
“This refreshing concoction, made with a blend of fresh mangoes and green tea, is fantastic for your health. This drink strengthens the immune system by providing Vitamin C, A and various carotenoids. It’s also rich in L-theanine, which studies have proven is capable of creating a sense of relaxation and wakefulness. 1 Cup Green Tea
2 Cups Mango Juice
2 Sprigs Mint Leaves
1 Sliced Mango
Method:
In a pitcher, combine the tea and mango juice.
Mix it together thoroughly and chill for about 2 hours.
Before serving, garnish with mint sprigs.
