Venus-ruled Libra is the star sign of anyone born between 23rd September and 22nd October. They are an Air sign (along with Gemini and Aquarius) and a Cardinal sign (along with Aries, Libra and Capricorn), natural diplomats and aesthetically pleasing charmers of the zodiac wheel.
