This Is What Alia Bhatt Had to Say About Her Wedding Plans With Ranbir Kapoor

When it comes to Bollywood, we sometimes feel like the nosy (if well meaning) neighbourhood aunties, who are just dyyyying to get everyone married. Maybe we are just suckers for true love and happily ever afters, but nothing gives us more joy than our favourite Bollywood couples tying the knot. After the totally obsessing over Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's wedding, we had just gotten over Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone when the Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas wedding had us all watching teary-eyed, last year. And now, all eyes seem to be on Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Kapoor, waiting to see if and when they decide to get hitched. 

It all started with this picture of the appearance the couple made at Sonam and Anand Ahuja's wedding together last year. Since then, the couple have gone pretty public with their relationship, and Alia even spent New Year Eve with Ranbir's family. Check out the pics.

Rumour has it that Alia has even been added to a special Kapoor family WhatsApp group chat, along with Ranbir's  parents Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and aunt Rima Jain. That does sound pretty cosy, doesn't it?

Well, so do these pictures of Ranbir and Alia with both their moms. So, are wedding bells on the cards for this duo? When asked about it in a recent interview while promoting her movie Gully Boy, Alia spoke out candidly:

 “I think people should now take a break. We have had two beautiful weddings last year. I think we can chill now, watch movies, work in movies, and rest can be seen later.”
