The air-kisses, big smiles, and tight hugs happening at the glam parties might give you an impression that Bollywood is one big, happy family, but the clashes that happen at the box-office every Friday, are too real to ignore. Unfortunately, this competitiveness is not limited to the business aspect of a movie. Even actors get pitted against each other every step of the way. However, the newcomers are not particularly happy with this B-town tradition. The latest example of this rumour-based rivalry is Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan. Both the star-kids had bagged their debut movies at the same time, but due to certain issues Sara's movie got delayed.

In an interview given to PTI, Janhvi shared her excitement for Sara's debut. She said,“I’m really excited to see so many new faces, so much new talent. I’ve had the pleasure to know Sara. I think she’s stunning, she is full of so much life and energy. I’m so much excited to see what she’ll bring. So I know she’s going to kill it.”

Jahnhvi dismissed all the rumours about any sort of rivalry between her and Sara. She also pointed out how her co-actor, Ishaan, was not getting questioned about the "competition" at all. She added, “Over the course of this past month, I’ve been asked about competition a lot. I find it odd because Ishaan hasn’t been asked about it. And I think that’s because I’m a girl. It’s sad that sometimes we make it about how only one of the girls can be successful because we are very capable of being happy for each other. I think it’s not a nice thing to put on the young girls in our society. I don’t think it’s survival of the fittest kind of situation. Coexisting is natural and it should be encouraged amongst young girls...”

Well said, Janhvi! We're with you in this mission of spreading #GirlLove.
