Isha Ambani to be Officially Engaged to Anand Piramal This September, in Italy?

With their families having known each other for more than forty years, and the two being friends for long, it was a happy month of May for the Ambani household as their daughter Isha was proposed to, for marriage by Anand Piramal at Mahabaleshwar in the presence of their families, while Akash Ambani celebrated his engagement with Shloka Mehta at their opulent residence, Antilia. The one which was also attended by Priyanka Chopra's then-boyfriend-now-fiancé Nick Jonas, remember?

The twins, Akash and Isha, coincidentally decided to get married at the same time. However, as tradition follows, Isha will apparently tie the knot before her brother, with Anand Piramal in December, while Akash and Shloka will do so in March 2019.

If reports by DNA are to be believed, Isha and Anand will officially get engaged on September 21, 2018, in a grand ceremony in Italy, while their pre-wedding ceremonies will kick-start from the last week of November to the first week of December in the grand palaces of Udaipur in Rajasthan. The pre-wedding festivities will be followed by a grand wedding in Mumbai on December 12, 2018.

A wealthy and influential family like that of the Ambanis will obviously host the who's who of Bollywood, along with other businessmen and bureaucrats—just like they did when they celebrated the pre-engagement and post-proposal functions of Akash and Isha, respectively, earlier this year. 

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas (we don't know, but never say never!), and now Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal—2018 may just be the biggest year for celebrity weddings!
