By now, we're well aware that celebrities have a certain penchant for prioritizing fashion over practicality. It's not that they don't feel the cold or are immune to discomfort, they are humans just like us, after all! – but more that they know the importance of serving a fab look and creating a viral moment, whatever that might entail.
Just look to Lily James, for example, who made a grand total of *four* outfit changes in less than 24 hours pre-Xmas while the rest of us were already deep in full lounge mode. Or Anitta, who posted an iconic video of herself and a friend skiing in nothing but a towel and sunglasses with bottles of Champagne in hand. Let's just say that the latter likely wouldn't have received more than a million likes had they just been wearing normal mountain gear...
As a successful model, we'd say that Jenner is perhaps the most well-versed in creating memorable fashion moments that are anything but practical. In the past few months alone, she's posed nude wrapped in nothing but fairy lights, taken a dip in a fountain for Calvin Klein, and stepped out with no trousers on more times than we can count. And her new photoshoot for FWRD is just the latest example of how far Kenny will go for fashion...
Photographed by Sean Thomas in Aspen, Jenner showed off a variety of ski chic looks ranging from the classic and cozy to the seriously surprising. First up, she can be spotted looking *super* glam in a houndstooth mini-skirt suit paired with a black roll-neck, sheer tights, and stiletto-heel boots. A fab outfit, no doubt, but not exactly suited to the inches of snow beneath her feet... Our ankles are feeling weak just thinking about it!
Kendall also proved that her love of the "no trousers" trend isn't going anywhere, not even in sub-zero temps! As she channeled a chalet cowgirl in another photo, wearing an oversized Fairisle knit jumper with nothing but knickers and bare legs underneath. Brrrrr!
Our fave part, though?! Jenner's BFF Derek Blasberg's hilarious comment: "She’s sexy and she snows it". We couldn't have put it better ourselves.
