1. Alia Bhatt

Alia also did a guest appearance in the movie, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. If you stepped out to buy popcorn right before the Break up song, chances are you missed her guest appearance.

2. Zoya Akhtar

Her movie Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara became #TravelGoals, #FriendshipGoals and what not! Way before her directorial debut, Zoya was casted in the movie, Kama Sutra - A Tale Of Love(1996).

3. Imtiaz Ali

The Jab We Met fame director, Imtiaz Ali went to the other side of the camera to portray Yakub Memon's role in the movie, Black Friday.

4. Geeta Kapoor

The 90s kids would remember the movie, Main Hoon Na, for its super corny story line which was awesome,BTW. In the song Gori Gori you must have seen a girl with mad dancing skills, twirling her braid. It was none other than the famous choreographer, Geeta Kapoor.

Ayan is one of the gems from young director brigade of Dharma production. He has directed successful movies like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewaani (YJHD)and Wake Up Sid. Ayan appeared in movies like Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and YJHD but we're pretty sure you missed noticing him.

Aamir Khan's ex-wife Reena appeared in the song, Papa Kehte Hai from the movie Qayamat se Qayamat Tak. Interestingly, her appearance was not planned at all. She had come to watch the shoot, but the director of the movie thought it would be cute if she was also a part of the song.

A Subhash Ghai marvel is complete only when he does a cameo in it. It's adorable how the director, producer satiates the acting bug by doing cameos in his own movies.

7. Avantika Malik

Imran Khan's wife, Avantika has done several special appearances in his movies. You can spot her in the movies I Hate Luv Storys and Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu.

8. Ashutosh Gowarikar

He has directed movies like Lagaan, Swades, Jodhaa Akbar, etc. Ashutosh is one of celebrated directors who managed to draw the audiences to cinema halls for a period drama. But, he started his career in the industry as an actor. Ashutosh also worked in the movie Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa with Shah Rukh Khan.
