Amazon Fashion brings tailored style for every Gen Z vibe

The brand’s recently organised Creator Connect event, in association with Cosmopolitan India, brought together leaders, content creators, and influencers for an evening celebrating style, glam, and community.

As the year draws to a close, the countdown to creating unforgettable memories begins, from star-studded parties, rooftop soirees, and holiday celebrations with your loved ones—all of which deserve outfits that add an extra oomph to your year-end celebrations. Whether it's a sequin-clad dress or versatile staples that are perfect for layering as the temperature drops. 

On December 17 the Amazon Fashion and Beauty Walk-in Wardrobe x Cosmopolitan event at Amazon Blink Studios, Gurgaon, brought together this very mix of fashion, beauty, and creativity to set the tone for dazzling year-end celebrations. From fashion influencers to content creators like Juhi Godambe and Shrawan Chettri, everyone interacted with the stunning displays at the Amazon walk-in closets. Godambe and Chettri joined Siddharth Bhagat, director of Fashion and Beauty at Amazon India, on a panel to discuss the current fashion landscape and touch upon conversations around finding the right balance between bold trends and glamorous wardrobe must-haves for your year-end celebrations. The panel was moderated by Sonal Ved, group digital editor, Cosmopolitan India.


Bhagat offered valuable insights on how GenZs have reshaped the idea of shopping and trends. He shared, "We were the first ones in India to launch a dedicated storefront for this generation in April 2023. Since the launch of Next Gen Store, we have undergone a significant transformation and have seen a 3X increase in our Gen Z customer cohort. The interesting and challenging thing about serving this generation is that their fashion choices and preferences are constantly evolving. We revamped Gen Next Store 2.0 and have collaborated with renowned brands to curate a selection tailored to the latest trends and styles. The storefront also allows for quick and easy navigation offering a complete mix of fast and sustainable fashion, international trends, and affordable styles.”

Additionally, guests explored immersive spaces designed to inspire their holiday looks: Gifting Wonderland, filled with curated finds for the season; Moodboard Room, sparking creativity for every wardrobe; Resolutions Wall, offering ideas to step into 2025 with renewed style goals; and the Vanity Room, a dedicated space for all things beauty. From sparkling displays to party-ready mood boards, the event offered everything needed to shine bright through the festivities, leaving attendees ready to slay the season with confidence.


The journey through these spaces was nothing short of magical. Starting with the Moodboard Room, guests were welcomed into a creative playground where fabrics, glitter, and mood-setting photos came together to help them craft their ultimate vision for 2025. It was a space where your dreams took shape, with every board a reflection of personal goals and inspiration for the upcoming year. From glamorous party looks to everyday chic vibes, the Moodboard Room brought ideas to life, leaving guests with keepsakes to carry their fashion aspirations into the new year.

The magic continued at the Gifting Wonderland space, where the festive spirit of giving truly came alive. Rows of curated finds showcased perfect gifting options for friends, family, or even a little self-love, making it a one-stop shop for the season. A sparkling photo wall turned this room into a celebration of joy and cheer, as guests posed and clicked away, sharing their festive sparkle with the world.


At the Vanity Room, a perfect spot for all the beauty gurus who love a little glam in their lives. Guests explored a range of beauty products, tested their skills with the playful Ring Toss Game, and walked away glowing—both with fabulous prizes and renewed confidence. It was a space to indulge, experiment, and embrace the glow-up, reminding everyone that beauty is as much about having fun as it is about looking your best.

The excitement reached its peak in the Live Photo Booth, a dazzling space where disco balls and shimmering bling set the perfect party mood. With every pose and click, the booth turned moments into memories, capturing the energy of the season. Adding a thoughtful touch, the Resolution Bay encouraged guests to pen down their style and self-care goals for the year ahead—whether it was embracing bolder trends, experimenting with new looks, or simply staying true to their style. The creators added a stylish edge to their looks at the Glitter Bar—with studs, butterflies, and more—and brought some truly striking creations to life at the live sketch bar.
