This look is easy as pie. If glowing skin is too subtle for you, you can dress your face with dottings of stick-on crystals (easily available online, BTW). You can stick the rhinestones or crystals along cheeks and sides of the nose, or if you want to keep it minimal, stick one in the inner corners of the eyes.
