"Ranbir Kapoor is the Biggest Disaster": Imtiaz Ali

Ranbir Kapoor and Imtiaz Ali have created magic on celluloid twice. Imtiaz made Ranbir explore some untapped emotions and the actor successfully emoted em. After portraying the character of Jordan in Rockstar and Ved in Tamasha, we can safely say that Ranbir can bring out even the most complex emotions on camera. If you're wondering why Imtiaz called an actor of such caliber a disaster, breathe...it's not for his acting skills.

The floating rumors in Bollywood lands several actors in the notorious casanova list. Ranbir Kapoor is said to be a part of this tribe but, Imtiaz disagreed and called him a disaster in the field of flirting.

On another sizzling episode of #NoFilterNeha, Imtiaz Ali spoke to Neha Dhupia about the flirts of Bollywood. He saved everyone by calling them all a disaster. First he exposed Randeep Hooda and said,"Randeep is a disaster! Randeep is like, he, as a flirt I think he'd be a disaster because his game is out there even before he starts it. You know, girls I think will outsmart him anytime."

When Neha inquired about Ranbir, the director called him the biggest disaster. He said, "Ranbir I think is the biggest disaster. I think he is a victim of flirtation rather than the guys who propagate it, the propagator, flirts."

Neha asked Imtiaz to explain what he meant, so he answered, "Ranbir Kapoor? The same chap? Is he a flirt? Not at all! I mean he tries. He tries but he just gets very nervous about it. There was a time when he kind of liked a girl in Delhi. We were shooting so I said, well, I'm going to introduce her to you because I know her and so, have a chat. So he said ya ya do that do that. Then I went to talk to her about something else and he was so nervous, he kept clawing at me and trying to pull me back because he thought that I'm going to say something which will spill his beans. What beans? That my friend finds you attractive? He couldn't bear to have that known about him. So this is not the sign of a flirt at all."
