Priyanka Chopra is someone who has all the Hollywood biggies in her contact list. Apart from chilling with Victoria Secret angels and doing back to back International releases, the actor probably has access to the direct line to the White house and to the British Royal family too now, thanks to her BFF Meghan Markle.

Markle who is set to have a wedding with Prince Harry on the 19th of May this year has the best things to say about PC. 

As per Priyanka's interview to People in September 2017, the two met at ELLE Women in Television dinner and 'became friends and like two girls would.'

On Wendy Williams' chat show in May 2017, Chopra said that she'd known Markle for "about two years now". 

In July 2016, per India West, Markle discussed her friendship with Chopra with PTI (Press Trust of India) and even talked about their first interaction and said the most wonderful things. 

"Priyanka is unbelievable," Markle said.

She also said it was basically friendship at first sight. "And you know when you meet someone and you just 'click'... It was just an easy, natural progression." Markle added, "We’ve managed to keep in touch via email and text, and try to see each other whenever we’re both in the same town."
